70% Lemberger
30% Sangiovese

This beautiful pink wine is a blend of Sangiovese & Lemberger grapes. It was left on the skins for 36 hours to obtain its pink hue, and fermented dry in stainless steel tanks to preserve the crisp, fresh fruit. The bouquet is fresh strawberries and freshly sliced Red Delicious apples. On the palate enjoy strawberry soda, pie cherries, and a hint of honeydew melon. Serve chilled with anything hot off the grill on a warm spring evening.
