2006 Riesling

 

Very ripe Columbia Valley grapes were harvested on a cold day in early November. The slow and cool fermentation retained all the incredibly delicious Riesling flavors and bouquet. As soon as the bottle is opened you will know you're in for a treat. The modest residual sugar balances the fruit and acid to produce a long ride that carries the honey, pear, and pineapple flavors all the way to the finish .
